Margarita Cecilia Parra Velasco was born in Bogotá, Colombia. She studied Architectural Drawing and Engineering at the Colegio Mayor de Cundinamarca and Law at the Universidad Gran Colombia in Bogotá, also completing studies at the Universidad Central de Barcelona, ​​Spain. Her professional and personal career has taken her to live in Spain, Peru, Venezuela and the United States.
Upon settling in Florida, Margarita looked for a way to develop professionally in a field that would allow her to help others, especially the Latino community. Thus, she found in the real estate sector the opportunity to guide people in the purchase and sale of properties, obtaining her Real Estate license 23 years ago. Since then, she has continued to hone her knowledge through various certifications, such as:
